About us

We are a large Primary Academy based in Bournemouth, Dorset. Our pupil roll is currently 652 pupils aged between 4-11 years old.

What do we want?

We are in desperate need of replacement of the Smart Boards in our school. The current boards are very old and now difficult for the children to see properly. Replacing these boards would greatly improve the children's everyday learning.

Who is this for?

All 22 classes need replacement Smart Boards.

Why do we want it?

The current boards are very difficult to see, even if the blinds are drawn and the lights in the classroom are turned off. The screens are so dim the images on them are not clear at all.

1 x 65" LED Alpha Touch Interactive Screen with built-in android, 4K with Hdmi, DVI-D, VGA, USB, 4mm Toughened Glass, 2x 15 Watt speakers

Total = £1,872 (incl VAT & delivery)

We would like to replace all 22 Smart Boards in our school. Our very active Ptfa are trying to raise as much money as they can to support this goal, but it is a very large sum of money needed to replace all the Smart Boards.This will take many years to raise, but we really need them sooner to support the children's learning now!
